Windows Phone 8S by HTCWIND Mobile this week launched another Windows Phone device, the Windows Phone 8S by HTC. The smaller sibling to the Windows Phone 8X by HTC, it comes with a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4, 4-inch WVGA (800×480) super LCD display and a 5MP camera.

WIND Mobile is offering the Windows Phone 8S by HTC for free on WINDtab with their CA$40 plan, CA$99 on WINDtab with the CA$30 plan, CA$199 on WINDtab with the CA$20 plan or CA$299 outright.
