AT&T today announced that it will be the first U.S. carrier to offer LTE Windows Phones. While none other than Nokia CEO Stephen Allsop attended AT&T’s keynote and promised LTE smartphones, these will not be formally unveiled until later today. The honour of the first LTE Windows Phone smartphone instead fell to the HTC Titan II.
